Shipping Policy & Information
 

1. Shipping Rates

   -  Free shipping on orders over $30.00. Valid only within the United States (does not apply to Canada).

   -  FLAT RATE of $3.00 on all US orders under $30.00 (standard ground delivery).

   -  FLAT RATE of $10.00 on all orders shipped to Canada (standard ground delivery)

   -  We currently only ship to the US and Canada.

   -  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, you will receive your order within 2-9 business days

   -  We ship Monday-Friday (excludes holidays)

2. How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be included in the email.

3. What Shipping Methods Does Too Much Soul Offer?
All domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class, and typically arrive within 2-7 business days from the shipped date (depending on distance). All international orders are shipped using standard international ground delivery and delivery times vary depending on distance.  Once we have shipped your order out, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility. Please note if orders are sent back to us via "Return To Sender," Too Much Soul is not responsible for the cost to ship items back.  

4. How Long Does It Take Before An Order Is Shipped?
Too Much Soul does not ship on weekends and orders are shipped 1-3 business day after an order is received. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via the email address submitted on your order.

5. Is it possible to ship to an address other than the one listed under PayPal?
Yes it is possible. PayPal may not allow for you to update and/or change your shipping address within their system. If you experience difficulty in doing so, please type in your desired shipping address under the Note To Seller Section during Checkout.  We will make sure that your order is shipped to your desired location!
